TriState Family Dental Centers Financial Policy

At TriState Family Dental Centers, we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. We also offer interest free financing, upon approval, through Care Credit.

We are happy to file insurance claims for our patients, and allow those who have insurance to pay only their estimated portion at the time of service. We make every effort to estimate the amount your insurance will cover, but we can only estimate. Any fees not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient.

What to expect at your new patient appointment.

Thank you for choosing TriState Family Dental Centers! We take the time necessary at your new patient appointment to get to know you and your dental wants and needs. Meeting your new dentist, and creating an individualized plan that works for you, takes a little over an hour.

Our Patient Coordinator will take a few minutes to get x-rays of all of you teeth so we can establish a dental record that includes the tools necessary for diagnosis and treatment. Then, she will perform a preliminary evaluation which may include a video exam and photos of your teeth. That way, you can see what the doctor sees!

Once the Patient Coordinator has completed her preliminary evaluation, you will meet your new dentist! Your dentist will review the preliminary findings, talk to you about your wants and needs then create a treatment plan. Once the doctor has completed your examination, the Patient Coordinator will go over any recommended treatment and discuss insurance coverage if necessary. Then, she will schedule an appointment for you to have your teeth cleaned or begin necessary treatment, depending on your individual needs.
